Shipping Policy
Orders ship approximately 10-15 days after the order is placed.
Per UGE Policy, all orders will be shipped to your assigned Station. All shipping within your allowance will be paid by United Ground Express. All purchases exceeding allowance amount will be charged cost of item(s), shipping, and taxes. Management employees are charged cost of the item(s), shipping, and taxes for all personal purchases.
Return Policy
1) Items can be Returned if:
a. Item doesn’t fit the employee.
b. Item is damaged.
c. Item is incorrect.
2) Garments must be in new and reusable condition, in original packaging, and with original tags.
3) CFJ reserves the right to deny any return based on garment condition.
4) Returns must be made within 30 days of original shipment.
5) To Process a Return, follow these steps:
a. Click the link below titled “Return/Exchange Instructions” and complete the instructions. Remember:
-- If the return is due to a damaged product or shipping error, CFJ will email a return label for your use. You will need to
provide the weight of your return shipment and the type of shipping parcel (such as the size of the box or shipping
envelope). Please put shipping parcel size and weight in the comments section of the online return form.
-- If the return is for convenience or user error, you will need to ship the parcel back at your convenience after submitting the
online return form. CFJ will not provide a return label in this instance.
b. Once CFJ receives the returned shipment, a representative will contact you with any questions.
-- If a replacement is requested, it will be processed and shipped.
-- If a replacement is NOT requested, points will be refunded once the return has been inspected and passes QC.
